Introducing Alchemy, the document management wizard. Using Alchemy, We can scan, index and store your documentation conveniently on CD-ROM. Full search, retrieval and view software is embedded in each CD, enabling the information to be easily viewed with any PC or laptop using a Windows operating system, without the need for additional software.

Alchemy can offer considerable benefits and savings over conventional methods of filing, reducing paper storage costs, freeing up valuable office space and saving time hunting specific information, bringing an all round improvement to document storage, retrieval and security.

Developed around Windows architecture, Alchemy stores images in a flexible database. Scanned documents are held in user defined folders, similar to a paper filing system and a powerful search engine will locate the information you require with lightning speed, using up to 5 index fields.

Alchemy may be used as a complete network document management solution or a stand-alone application for use on a single PC, or as a web-based system, enabling effective control and management of your documents. If you currently store information in a filing cabinet, or on a roll of microfilm, the Alchemy family of products can quickly convert, index and electronically store your information, putting your document warehouse at your fingertips.
