Docscan has been providing Scanning, Archive and Microfilm services to customers in the Wales and West region since 1984. Now part of the Document Management Services division of Service Point UK, Docscan is going through a period of new investment and expansion, now offering services throughout the UK.

Confidentiality & Security
With over twenty years experience in the business, we understand the sensitive nature of customer’s data and we therefore treat security seriously. We use our own vans and drivers to handle your documents. Our storage areas are secure and confidential. All staff are required to sign a confidentiality agreement as part of their contract with us. And when your documents are ready to be destroyed, we use sealed containers to transport them from our premises to confidential destruction facilities. Recent new investment from Service Point has added Redcare 24/7 remote fire and intruder alert monitoring to all buildings.
